How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your payment details and shipping information, then confirm the order by clicking the "Proceed" button.

Are the items authentic?

Yes, all items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We provide trusted third-party authentication certificate.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the tracking number provided. An email containing tracking details will be sent once your order has been processed.

Can I reserve an item?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank-to-bank transfers

  • Cash upon pick-up (with a deposit of 500 AED) (Contact us)

  • Apple Pay/ Google Pay

Can I return or exchange my items?

All sales are final and non-returnable. However, if an item arrives damaged (not caused by shipping), it may be eligible for return only if the white tag is still attached and a full unboxing video is provided as evidence. Please contact us for further instructions.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping methods will be provided at checkout based on your location and preferences. 

You can reserve an item by sending a 500 AED deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and your item will be reserved for 1 week. Contact us for more information.
